Tata Birla
''Tata Birla'' is a 1996 Tamil language comedy film directed by C. Ranganathan. The film features Parthiban, Rachana Banerjee and Goundamani in lead roles. The film, produced by M. S. V. ==Plot==
Priya (Rachana Banerjee) lost her parents when she was a kid and the will decried that her wealth would go to an orphanage if something happened to her. Ramanathan ( has cleverly positioned himself as an affectionate uncle to his niece Priya and planned to kill her with help of Raja along with her wife. (Parthiban) and Ranjith (Goundamani), a couple of petty thieves of rajhistan.
Raja naturally falls in love with Priya. And the rest of story is how he protects her from Ramanathan.
